SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed after design approval & advance payment.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on order size and customization.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and location. For large corporate orders, we may provide special shipping discounts.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

  • Delays: Carbon Inc is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Since all products are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Replacements will only be provided in the following cases:

    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching, broken item).

    • Printing/branding errors that do not match the approved design.

  • Clients must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the order along with supporting pictures/videos.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or credit note, depending on the situation.

  • Returns due to wrong product selection, spelling/design errors from client side, or change of mind are not eligible.
